For eligible standard services, the starting price includes up to 60 minutes of labour.
Additional standard labour is proposed at $125/hour, billed in 15-minute increments, and only with your approval. Prices are starting prices, not unlimited flat rates, and exclude GST.
No Clear. No Clearing Charge.
We clear your blockage, or you don't pay for clearing.
We're confident in our experience, equipment and methods. If we can't clear an eligible blockage, we'll waive the clearing charge.
Applies to the clearing charge on eligible standard blockages. Diagnostic camera work, broken or collapsed pipe, and lines without safe access are not eligible.

Starting prices, not flat rates
Prices shown are starting prices for standard work. They are not unlimited flat rates.
Access requirements
Prices assume safe, clear access to a working cleanout or fixture. Removing toilets, pulling fixtures or creating access may cost extra.
Exclusions
Excavation, pipe repair or replacement, collapsed or broken lines, and restoration work are not included.
Specialist equipment
Lines needing equipment beyond standard cable machines (for example jetting on a cable-priced job) are quoted before work begins.
Taxes
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude GST.
Other conditions
After-hours, multi-line or unusually long lines, and commercial properties may be priced differently. We'll confirm before starting.
